1. Age

Due to the nature of the products we sell, you must be aged 18 or over to purchase from our website.

IF YOU ARE UNDER 18 YOU MUST NOT USE THIS SITE OR PURCHASE PRODUCTS FROM US.

By using this site, you confirm that you are over the age of 18.



2. Description of Goods

We take great pride in carefully photographing and describing our products to ensure that you have the utmost confidence in purchasing from us. Please be aware however, that slight variations in colour due to changes in manufacturing or screen representations may be experienced.



3. Delivery

All packages up to 1kg will be sent by first class recorded post. Heavier parcels will be sent by Royal Mail Standard Parcels. We reserve the right to change delivery methods at any time without prior notice.

A customer signature will be required for the receipt of all of our deliveries.

Please note that we do not deliver to Post Office Boxes.
In a continuing bid to combat on-line fraud, the initial order you make with us will only be delivered to the cardholder's permanent billing address unless you make specific instructions direct with the Company. Please also note that if you fail to provide a correct address and your parcel is returned to us, you will be liable for the actual cost of re-sending the parcel (even if the package was originally free delivery). If you choose not to make this payment and take a refund, your refund will be deducted by this delivery amount.

4. Price

The price charged for each product is clearly displayed and includes VAT but excludes delivery. Delivery charges, where appropriate, are added in the check out area. All prices are in Pounds Sterling. We check our website daily so errors are uncommon however should a price be incorrectly displayed, we will contact you to confirm the correct price before we formally accept your order. You then have the choice of proceeding with the correct charge or cancelling your order.

We reserve the right to change any descriptions, prices or availability of any goods without prior notice.



5. Payment

Payment can be made online by using most major credit and debit cards, through Paypal or via cheque or postal order which should be made out to 'Pink Kitten'. Please note you do not need a Paypal account to pay through the Paypal system.

Your order will be confirmed by email once payment has been received. At this point you will have entered into a contract with Pink Kitten under the Terms and Conditions laid out in this agreement.

Your statement will show 'Pink Kitten'.

We reserve the right to refuse any order without liability.



6. Availability

We aim wherever possible to hold all goods in stock, however some of our products are hand made and as such we may from time to time experience a delay from our suppliers. Should a product be out of stock at the time of ordering and we are unable to meet our despatch deadline as detailed in our Delivery Policy, we will contact you to offer an alternative, if appropriate, within 24 hours of receiving your order.

8. Right to Cancel

In compliance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, all customers have a right to a seven day 'cooling-off' period. Customers must inform the Company in writing – by letter, fax or e-mail – of their decision to cancel their order by the end of the cooling-off period. The cooling-off period ends seven working days after the goods have been received. The Company will then issue a returns note number by e-mail. This number should be clearly marked on the outer packaging when returning the goods. If the product is returned without the returns number, the Company reserves the right to refuse either a refund or exchange. The cost of the postage to return goods is borne by the customer and the original delivery charge where applicable is not refundable. All goods must be in perfect, unused condition with seals intact and packaging unopened. For lingerie, goods must be unworn and labels still attached. Corsets should be tried on over a t-shirt or vest to prevent any marking to the garment. Please note that all crystal encrusted products and Eternal Spirits Corsets which are ordered to individual customer specifications are non-returnable. Customers are strongly advised to obtain a certificate of postage for returned items and to pack the items appropriately as the Company cannot be held responsible for any goods lost or damaged in transit.

Please note the cooling off period does not constitute a trial period. It is to allow distance purchasers a period to review their decision to purchase the goods and as such all goods must be returned unused.



9. Returns and Refunds

With the exception of the right to cancel above, the Company does not offer goods for sale on a sale or return (approvals) basis.

In the unlikely event that the goods are found to be defective upon arrival, the customer should inform the Company, in writing – by letter, fax or e-mail- within seven working days of the receipt of the order. The Company will then issue a returns note number by e-mail. This number should be clearly marked on the outer packaging when returning the goods. If the product is returned without the returns number, the Company reserves the right to refuse either a refund or exchange. All items must be returned at the customer's expense within seven working days of notification of the returns number. Customers are strongly advised to obtain a certificate of postage for returned items and to pack the items appropriately as the Company cannot be held responsible for any goods lost or damaged in transit.

If the above procedure is adhered to and the Company are happy that the fault is clearly with the product, the Customer will be refunded in full along with a refund for the postage incurred in returning the item. (The customer may request an exchange where available). The Company reserves the right to refuse a refund if no clear manufacturer's fault is present.

For all refunds, a credit will be made back to the credit/ debit card used for the original transaction. For payments made by cheque/ postal order a Company cheque will be issued in the name of the Customer.

From time to time this website may also include links to other websites. These links are provided for your convenience to provide further information. We have no control over the nature, content and availability of those sites. The inclusion of any links does not necessarily imply a recommendation or endorse the views expressed within them.



11. Product Reviews

Pink Kitten encourage feedback from our customers in the form of product reviews.

We reserve the right not to publish inappropriate comments and to edit material which we feel may be offensive. Whilst we check our site regularly, we cannot be held responsible for the content of such information.
