Delivery DetailsDELIVERY AREAS Aside from the UK, Pink Kitten delivers to the following European Countries: Austria Belgium Czech Republic Cyprus Denmark Estonia Finland France Germany Greece Hungary Irish Republic Italy Latvia Lithuania Luxembourg Malta Netherlands Poland Portugal Slovakia Slovenia Spain Sweden Postage costs for these countries can be seen in the pull down box above reference EUROPEAN UNION. and to these worldwide destinations: Australia Canada Falkland Islands Gibraltar Hong Kong Iceland Israel Japan New Zealand Norway South Africa Switzerland United States Postage costs for these countries can be seen in the pull down box above reference WORLDWIDE. Unfortunately, the free delivery option over £35 is not applicable to international orders. DELIVERY TIMES - UK All packages up to 1kg will be sent by first class recorded post.(With the exception of the free delivery options on orders under £35 which will be sent First Class with no recorded delivery). Heavier parcels will be sent by Royal Mail Standard Parcels. As this requires a signature you can be sure that your parcel will arrive safely. Please note that we do not deliver to Post Office Boxes. Whilst we aim to dispatch the next working day, inevitably from time to time part of your order may not be in stock. For orders that cannot be dispatched within 3 working days from placement of order, we will contact you via email within 24 hours to offer a replacement product or refund. You can check the progress of your order any time by emailing us via the contact page where we will be happy to advise of your order status. DELIVERY TIMES - INTERNATIONAL ORDERS All international orders are sent via Royal Mail's airmail service. Depending on the location, this service typically arrives within 3-5 days of dispatch. Please note that this is not a recorded delivery service. If you would like your goods to be tracked, please contact us before placing your order for a personalised delivery cost. Any import duties or local taxes that may be applicable will be the responsibility of the customer. PACKAGING Our parcels are sent in secure plain brown packaging with no mention of our company name on the outside thus ensuring your complete privacy. Whilst our outer packaging is designed to go unnoticed, the contents are far from dull!  Each item in your order is individually wrapped in black tissue paper finished with a Pink Kitten gift sticker. So whether your parcel is for you or someone special we want you to take as much pleasure in receiving our parcels as using the contents!SPECIAL REQUESTS Sometimes, we appreciate you may have a special delivery request.
