Dildos and vibrators have been around for centuries but it is not until recent years that they have become common place in society. Nowadays it seems that no self respecting woman is without her toy of choice but if you don’t know anything about them, exactly how do you go about finding the right toy for you? Not Sure? Then read on…

Firstly, what do you want to achieve with your toy? Each type of toy is specifically designed to work on a different part of your body. Broadly speaking you can choose from the following areas of stimulation; clitoral, g-spot, anal or full intercourse simulation. Many even work on different combinations of these.

CLITORAL

These toys are designed to massage the clitoris (and other erogenous zones) to bring a woman to orgasm. Often non penetrative they are ideal to be used either alone or during sexual intercourse.

The largest range of vibrator types has got to be the “rabbit”– although some companies have introduced other animals to their ranges such as the Beaver, Penguitronic and Dolphin. These vibrators have an insertable shaft and an additional arm which is usually shaped like a rabbits ears. These work on the same principle as the clitoral stimulators but have the added advantage of a rotating shaft (often containing beads) which rotates and stimulates the vagina. DILDOS

Dildos are non mechanical shafts which are inserted into the vagina or anus. They can be realistic looking (often called cocks) like the Pleasureskin Cock or beautiful works of art in glass. ANAL TOYS
